Douro First is a dynamic and enterprising company that intends to be the Douro’s business card.
Created by two Transmontano and Douro entrepreneurs, Douro First bets on a differentiating offer of tourist services in the Douro Demarcated Region.
Wines, “quintas”, traditions, history, gastronomic trips and breathtaking landscapes are part of the different itineraries that we have at your disposal, which will make you discover this territory classified by Unesco in 2001, as a World Heritage Site.
Tourists can enjoy a service that allows them to plan the trip and itineraries to suit their needs, so that each experience is unrepeatable.

We were picked up by our guide from the hotel. Guide’s name was Pedro. Total number in our group was 7 people. We visited Quinta Seara D’Ordens for wine and olive oil tasting. The experience was outstanding. The wine and oil were so good that I wasn’t able to resist to bring some home with me to China:) the lunch was served in different winery Quita D’Azinheira by Dora Mesquita. The experience was outstanding, fresh fruit, bread, meat, cheese, pies, crisp Rose and white and red wine. Was hard to say goodbye. I am highly recommend to visit that place, Quita D’Azinheira. And afternoon we finished on boat “Rabelo” drinking Vinho Generoso and enjoying stunning nature around us. After Pedro the guide took us back to the hotel. Unforgettable experience!!!!
